Was supposed to run this yesterday, but had a little too much fun on Saturday night, so well, you how it is...haha! Found a new route which is basically a 7 mile bike/walk route which bypasses most traffic and road crossings, but not all unfortunately. It was a nice change a scenery with some slight inclines. Anyways, kept the pace light with a 5min:1min ratio of running/walking...felt good! Now I'm starved!! :0)
