Soooooo....I hadn't decided whether or not I was going to run or cross train today. As I tossed my options around on my way to the basement to do one or the other, I fell down the stairs (just a couple. Don't panic)...carrying a big box of ornaments. That was awesome. Ornaments are fine. Knee and left ankle not so much since I kind of had my hands full they broke the fall. Figured maybe a nice easy 30 minutes on the bike would go better than a run. It was alright. Knee's fine now. Ankle...eh...I'll survive.

Now to update all the workouts I forgot to log!
