Woohoo!!! The ankle felt fine and it's only mildly sore now. Looks like it was just a brief break after all. 1/2 mile walking to warm up and cool down also.

No matter what you may or may not have read on my FB page, I swear I did not run in the middle of the blizzard. We had ice. It would have seriously hurt. I was totally kidding! I ran on my tm.
