    Woohoo!!! The ankle felt fine and it's only mildly sore now. Looks like it was just a brief break after all. 1/2 mile walking to warm up and cool down also.

      Wear lots of clothes to bed and sweat it out. IF that doesn't work, ride it out. Last resort: run. Feel better.
