Your pace is great! And I do kind of hate you...Luke's baseball practice was canceled because of cold weather for the 2nd week in a row. I wonder what hot weather is like? But seriously, I couldn't maintain that pace in 85 degrees without dying, so well done!

That pace in that heat? WAY to go! Seriously, though, I wish we could just have spring without the excessive heat. I want several weeks, not just a few days, of spring weather!

It has been really warm (80's) here this week too, and while i LOVE the hot weather, it is hard to get used to when you switch that fast. Especially when you are out there running in it. Great job, either way!

Maggie - there is a personal trainer in our subdivision that does it 2 mornings a week. I thought it would be a great way to get some cross-training in while working on my core and upper body. I won't be able to go the whole 10 weeks since we'll be moving soon, but I can at least get that much in :)

I have to say that even though I still hate getting up early to run, it is much easier when your kids are out of the baby stage. Glad you had time in the evening and also glad it is warm for you. If it can't be warm for me, at least it is for someone nice.
