met two neighborhood ladies for today's run, so the time flew!! But it's a good thing we run in the dark, so no one can really see my unshowered loveliness.

I second what Erin said. But at least my husband finally doesn't think I'm a lunatic. I've gotten him addicted as well. Great run! :) When is the big move?

Maggie - there is a personal trainer in our subdivision that does it 2 mornings a week. I thought it would be a great way to get some cross-training in while working on my core and upper body. I won't be able to go the whole 10 weeks since we'll be moving soon, but I can at least get that much in :)

Your pace is great! And I do kind of hate you...Luke's baseball practice was canceled because of cold weather for the 2nd week in a row. I wonder what hot weather is like? But seriously, I couldn't maintain that pace in 85 degrees without dying, so well done!

I know, lol. I swear, I'm not complaining b/c I feel so so bad for those of you still stuck in cold -- it was just ... well, I almost barfed. That's all. ;)

That pace in that heat? WAY to go! Seriously, though, I wish we could just have spring without the excessive heat. I want several weeks, not just a few days, of spring weather!

It has been really warm (80's) here this week too, and while i LOVE the hot weather, it is hard to get used to when you switch that fast. Especially when you are out there running in it. Great job, either way!
