      I get that sometimes. If your shoes are new and stable, then maybe just work on some lower leg stretches/strengthening things, like alphabets with your feet and pushing & pulling a towel wrapped under your toes. And ice. Just in case.

      Erin: yep. I haven't found much regarding Mirena causing stress fractures, but lack of regular periods can lead to bone density loss. Something about lower estrogen? Anyway, I've been taking supplements since I put two and two together, but I'm not taking any chances.
