This was a "making room for the pancakes" run ;-) done mid morning with no time pressure for a change as I had a day off work for various reasons here, wore the HR monitor as I wanted to stress myself a tad this morning....did an easy first mile and then 7 miles at sub 7:30 average pace, finished with an easy cool down mile, very enjoyable run on a nice morning here, did 15 minutes on the home bike post same as another cool down. Pancakes were good this evening by the way and fair play to Mom.
