Late night run, bad back pain for the last week and for the first time the pain is there as I run, it receeded on the way home here at approx 4 miles as the body warmed up, it's all about getting to the start line now next Monday, can only hope the pain dissipates and heading for the anti inflammatory meds next! Wish me well...
