Saturday afternoon long run, abnormal for me but had to be done due to travelling tomo,picked a flat enough route into the city and back via ballincollig, again missed the lower HR target by a fraction but I put in a decent effort, slowed down a good bit for last 3 and hopefully that will get better as the weeks progress, maybe 5 easy miles tomo in Basel, let's see, got home with Esther very excited to see Japan beat South Africa in the World Cup, one of the greatest games she ever saw apparently😉 a huge upset in the rugby World Cup, she's a sport fanatic😇
