alright City Route 8.2 mi 01:02 07:33 pace

Recovery run tonight, got home , had dinner , then mowed the garden (2 hours) and then a run, headed into the City for some decent lighting and the flat route, a one mile warm up at 7:35 pace and then 6.5 miles at the HR range required, once I got the HR up to the ~156 mark held it there handily enough, 6.5 miles @ 7:13 average pace @ 47 minutes , a 1.2 mile cool down post that, tomo night will be harder , rest assured of that.

    so amazed at how you're able to consistently run later in the evening after dinner. i just can't digestively make that happen. you're really keeping the intensity up there! good luck tomorrow!
