A test of my resolve tonight, temperature heading to freezing point , a cold fog coming in and the fire was roaring with the armchair calling me back, I got out there though and had a good run , well wrapped up and a fast last 3 miles saw me home happy , a cup of decaf coffee, some nuts and the bed awaits. That was my life tonight folks.
