2nd run of the day which is a very rare occurrence for me, went good and enjoyed the run on a lovely evening here in Cork, 63 mile week is big for me and happy that i feel quite fresh, hope it stays that way, half marathon race next weekend is a big target for me now ie a sub 1.30 PB, a good week to all.

    That's a big double and a big week, looking forward to see your results next weekend. I think it will be good going into a half-marathon with this type of volume.
