good Dingle half marathon 13.1 mi 02:00 09:08 pace

Paced the 2 hour group in Dingle today, it went well and got a few over the line under the 2 hr mark, first time I did a pacing gig and went well. Back to marathon training now. Another half marathon
in Blarney next week where I will race and try to archive an A goal target ie sub 1.30.
