    Tired run, airports and airline travel is not good for the running body or your conditioning, i have determined same after a year of doing this stuff :-( moving on and my grievance has been aired.

    Very tired throughout (long week) and a sluggish pace for me but no regrets, a mile of walking added as well in parts. Beautiful day here as well.
