      Well, if you are close to getting back to running that's probably a good sign. Stay smart a bit longer and avoid hills for a bit when you do come back. Nice ride though.

      I didn't realise you were injured Keith, hope your two week layoff is enough to get you back on the road. It's a fine line between peak performance and injury (i'd better be careful). I though the mirrors were for checking you had the right form when lifting - little did I know. I hope you got your share of the mirror ;-)
