      Results that dictate her path in University here in Irl, a points system
      For good grades, she did very well and mom and dad were very proud today 😇

      great run. out of curiosity where were the walking breaks. when ever I go back running there it's the hill across from the montenotte hotel that gets me !!!

      Hi Cathal, the bit that got me was actually Blacpool upwards through the Glen and into Dillons Cross, quite hilly and i walked that a fraction, Montenotte was not on my radar that day ;-)

      that is a nasty route indeed. the tivoli hill by silversprings is a gem too and then turn right up inro silverheights all the way to the top of hill up to the GAA pitches. great hill work ;-) (southsiders have it soft)
