Plyometric Cardio Circuit 00:45
These Insanity workouts the second time around are feeling great. It all came back quick, and I'm much fitter than the first time.

Been back on the Insanity bandwagon again. After just a few workouts I can feel the improvements already. Definitely stronger than my first time through the program.


Oh and thats a tough Ab workout too, way to go.
