Finally ran after weeks on the sidelines. Took it easy and kept it real short, just to test out the legs and see where the injury stands.

RUN
alright 7.02 mi 00:57 08:06 pace
Bit of a strained groin a week before the Disney Half... No bueno.
-
Oh no!! Will it go away in a week you think? You seem like you have some running foundation, so maybe resting this whole week won't put too much of a dent into your performance.

I really hope so! It was really minor and it felt better after stretching, but it was still a bit uncomfortable while running. Just don't want it to flair up again during the half.

Took a slower pace today on my 1st run of the week. Still have a slight pain near my right rib cage. Not sure if it's a strained muscle or a bruised rib. Started bugging around mile 5.
