Taking a few days off after the 1/2 this weekend. Feel fine now, but was quite sore for such a FLATTTTTT course. Taking a few days to regroup, rest and sleep. Dr. D. is next Wednesday. Hoping to get in a short tready run while in NC this weekend for work. :)
