      We could have been running partners today. That was my 5 mile average then on the last mile I did some 200 pickups that brought my pace down some. plus it's been way to long since we ran together.

    Whew!! This workout consisted of 880's, 440's, 220's, 110's and 100's sprints with squats, lunges, planks, push-ups, bench dips, crunches, step-ups all mixed in......

      What a workout. I leave those types of workouts to the pro's. But it's all starting to make sense why you are so great. You might be small in statue, but you cast a big shadow on the rest of us.
