    Happy to get miles in, didn't think I'd have time. My legs felt heavy but pace was much faster than I expected (ran the loop without looking at my phone/pace)

    sunny and 50, like a CO day! Ran in shorts and short sleeves- amazinggggg. 4 miles @7:40 and a not long enough cool down.
