  1. RUN
    injured Trails 2.5 mi 00:33 13:18 pace

That settles it. My lower leg pain start increasing as soon as I start running and gets to a level where running is quite difficult. This was as much walking as running today. I'm going to swi... read more

That sounds smart. Building up gradually again is frustrating but the best way to stay injury free. You'll get there.

  2. RUN
    blah Trails 3 mi 00:36 11:56 pace

My legs really ached/hurt during this pretty simple run. I think I'm going to go down to some sort of walk run schedule until my muscles/skeleton get on board.

  3. RUN
    alright Trails 4 mi 00:52 12:55 pace

  4. RUN
    blah Trails 1 mi 00:12:17 12:15 pace

This was supposed to be a simple run (I took yesterday off). I did it fine but my damn legs feel *beat* already. Didn't get a good night's sleep last night. Still hoping to do my 4 miles ... read more

  5. RUN
    good Trails 2.51 mi 00:30 11:47 pace

After a day off yesterday, this felt a LOT easier. Thinking of sticking to the 5 days a week running... maybe even 4. Probably better to get the quick wins early.

  6. RUN
    good Trails 2 mi 00:24 11:44 pace

Simple run after a long day of traveling and walking around Boston.

  7. RUN
    good Trails 1.26 mi 00:15 12:04 pace

Simple little "shake out" run after yesterday's long run. Warm out there today!

  8. RUN
    good Trails 4 mi 00:49 12:16 pace

Well, I'm back at it. After a three or so weeks of working up, I'm back on a schedule and this was my first "real" long run. I accidentally did 4 miles instead of 3 miles becaus... read more

      Nice Job:

Always nice to do a surprise mile and realize you can. Happened to me, today, too.

  9. Well friends, back on DM. A little bit of downtime after a health scare, a bunch of pounds added back on, but now I'm back and running.
