      Nice work, I know how you feel about obsessive. Know what I do? I don't workout on purpose on vacation etc just to prove to myself fitness loss and weight gain are not a threat during short durations.

      Be confident in this fact Karla. It's impossible to gain weight after missing a day. But the mind is crazy thing.

      thanks Diane! Me too.. it was killing me how hard running was for me. But hopefully by adding intervals in and spicing it up soon I'll be pounding the pavement. That and I'm sure a new pair of shoes would help too ;)
