    we did 5 Rds for time: 20 wall balls & 20 DU. We are doing a Paleo Challenge right now. It takes time for your body to get used to Paleo. Plus, Rachel and I ran just before so my quads were done!

    alright 10 miles with Bryce in the tr...

    WIth the wind, I didn't go nearly as far as I hoped. Plus, trying to do that after 400m of lunges earlier in the day was definitely a mistake.
