Beautiful day! Aside from the wind, the weather couldn't have been any better. As far as my training schedule goes, this week was sort of an easy one running-wise, but I still need to get in my cross training. After this, my mileage will get heavier, and long runs will extend into distances I've never been before! Bring it on. :)
