This was yesterday's workout that I forgot to post. I've never done this type of running before. I sprinted for a minute or so, and then slowed it down for a minute -- off and on the whole time. I sort of loosely based this off of a HIIT workout I found online. It made running on a treadmill more exciting, that's for sure!


great job! they say that burns more calories too..just sayin' im always looking for calorie burning:)
