I wanted to get a workout in today, so I worked my cross training in between classes. Warmed up with a 1mi run on the treadmill, and did 2mi on the elliptical. Felt good! I was aching to get outside in the uncommonly nice weather, but luckily it should be nice through the week and I'll have another opportunity!
