      Thanks ladies!! And yeah I just started not using music, and so far I'm enjoying it. I have a feeling that, when the runs get even longer, I'm going to want to have some tunes. For now though, it's working!

      Yeah I started doing a 15-20 minute yoga routine for hips and flexibility before I head out. It seems to help get my muscles relaxed and warmed up. I haven't had pain in my hip flexor for the last two weeks, so it must be doing something!
