  1. This week has been crazy and I haven't even been able to do any training! I did trek up 9 flight of stairs... does that count? ;)

      I still haven't run today! I must admit that running in the afternoon instead of the morning isn't all that exciting. As a matter of fact, I dread it today. C might flip out when he sees that I dropped the air down to 72 so I can run. I'm such a baby.
