A really sweatfest in the humidity this morning. Thankfully, I got done before the sun broke through the clouds.

We've been so lucky that humidity has been lower here lately. I think I have a 14 miler when we are in St Louis in a couple weeks - hope your humidity dries out by then!

  11. RUN
    good Forest Park 8 8 mi 01:13 09:10 pace

An amazing number of groups out running in the park this morning; great to see. All training for fall runs no doubt. The cool weather of the past week seems to be fading and humidity is creeping back.

  18. RUN
great Track club pace series and co... 3 mi 00:26 08:39 pace

6 seconds off my estimated 3k time, not bad considering I have not run the pace series in at least 2 years. Followed it up with a circle around Cricket Field with my friend Mark for a cool down.
