    A run to loosen up after tapering a bit too much, dues to midterms and being busy at work. Felt good to run after several days off.

    A late-morning, post-class run on a wonderfully cool and autumn-like run with the wind and overcast skies. Tapering (a bit too much) for next week's north Georgia excursion in the mountains.

    An unusually early morning wake up and run for me,starting at 7:30. The cool (46F) temp felt so nice, so I had no problem keeping pace and had a great run.
