    A really nice trail race complete with single track, hills, creek crossings, rain and snow. A challenge but very enjoyable. The first in a double race weekend. State #43!

      Well done Keith! My daughter graduates in December so I'm hoping to get down there a time or two and get a couple more runs in that area before I don't have an excuse to get down there anymore.

    Ran through Soulard then along the flood wall to meet up with the parade route. Managed to avoid the crowded sidewalks but stay parallel to the parade. Had quite a few beads by the time I finished.... read more

      Oh my goodness that sounds so fun! My daughter tells me St Louis is 2nd in the country after New Orleans for Mardi Gras.

    Ran two miles (at about 8:55) while waiting for my my friend Tim and his friend Scott. Then, we ran 8 together at about a 10 min pace. Felt relaxed on a perfect 65F day.
