Slow-paced run; tried to concentrate on form for the whole run.

Awesome. Curious what some of the form things are that you are working on?

Well, according to my coach (and seeing myself on video) I do some interesting things while running; arching my back instead of keeping it straight, overstriding, and raising my chin too much. So the main things I'm working on right now are keeping my back straighter and keeping my head more inline.
So I'm concentrating on tucking my pelvis in - imagining a rope that's towing me along hip first, and keeping my chin down. Hopefully these two things will also help me with the overstriding. Easy too say;

Oh, yah. I bet it is hard to change. I have the same issues with changing my swimming. And I haven't even been swimming very long. You've been running for a long time, so I imagine that makes it even harder to change. Good luck!

Toe push-ups or knee push-ups? If you can do 50 toe push-ups, I'm super impressed!

Good job. I just can't even imagine running in the snow. Wow. I know it's not unusual for you. I guess I would deal.

Thanks, ladies.
You would adjust, Sheila...you just might not enjoy it at first. I actually really like running in the snow as long as it's not too icy.
