      That's a bummer. You might check in with my friend Kim B. She has had issues with IT Band. I know that one of the ways she has overcome has been through HR monitor training, which keeps you from over-training. Keep us posted on how things go.

      Congratulations. Take the less pain as a good thing. I had that happen last week. There's the 2 mile rule. If it still feels yucky after 2 miles, then stop. If not - keep going.

      for the first time it seems that Brad and I ran more than you in a week. I don't think that has ever happened. Hope your Knee feels better soon. How are you liking crossfit?

      Thanks, knee is doing better, still hurts a little, but I believe I'm on the mend. Crossfit is great! It has really helped my knee come back. I have really been enjoying it :-)

    Went for a hike with Zac, his grandpa, and Bailey. Beautiful day in San Fran for it. Uphill was good on my knee. Downhill hurt a little but not too bad.

    Did another Crossfit workout, and instead of running I rowed. It was good, no stress on my knee. Few more days and hopefully I'll be back to running.

      Rowing is pure gold for fitness. You will see the benefits show up in your runs for sure. Hope your knee keeps improving.
