    Friday 5k. Very humid from all the rain last night! 3/4 mile running to 1 1/2 minutes of walking repeats. Even with the walking I had negative splits. 10:02, 9:56, 9:46 & 9:06 on the last bit.

    First run in almost 6 weeks. My hip really started bothering me again after the 5k race, so I took some time off to rest it. Alternated between 1/4 mile of running & 1/4 mile of walking.

    Beautiful day for a lunchtime run. Ran to Fonthill Castle & back. I had my share of aches & pains during a run but never experienced a leg cramp until today...that was painful! :)

  19. Woo-hoo! No more kids in college! Yesterday our youngest (daughter) graduated from West Chester University. No more tuition bills...maybe I can now afford a nice vacation! :)

      Thanks Pam!, unfortunately my hip is still cranky. :( I see my doctor in a couple of weeks and will ask what he thinks or sucks to get old!
