Headed over to meet my friend Melissa from MIT for a 3 miler this AM. Ridiculously humid at 7 AM - weather.com says only 70% humidity, but it feels worse than that.
My left IT band (I think) has been acting up, which is odd, b/c my R side is normally my problem side. I have been spending lots of time on the foam roller at night. Calves have been tight as well, so broke out The Stick last night to work on the knots and slept in my Zensah compression sleeves. I will be heading to yoga today and tomorrow to help loosen up.

Nice 3 this morning! Stretch that pesky IT band! Ice and be good! (You know it all, but still!) As for the humidity, I'm with you. I don't believe it was only 70% this morning.

Good job...hope the IT band cooperates. We had 94% humidity in Mount Vernon at 6 a.m. I nearly put down my workout as a swim. LOL

Hope the IT band behaves, a lot of times we compensate for our past injuries and thus create new ones (that's why my left calf is tight right now, no doubt). I'm rocking the Zensah compression sleeves whenever I can these days. Nice 3.

Thanks all! @Cindy - Every night for 30-45 min I am catching up on the DVR, foam rolling, stretching and PT exercises, if need be. Too bad we don't get paid for this! LOL! @Greg - Hope yours is better soon!
