Holy muscle shakes! Haven't taken this class in a couple of years, as I did strength training on my own. Love the NROL for Abs, but there is something about someone else kicking my arse that is working for me lately. Whatever works, right?
My upper body hates me right now and I am sure my legs will follow soon. When I was wanting to curse the instructor, I reminded myself that if I can run a half marathon (or 2 in 2 weeks) I can do this 60 minute class. It was tough, though, I won't lie. Perhaps I may have gone a little heavy on the weights? Does that mean I will go lighter next time? Nope, probably not. I love a good arse kicking!
