      Nice run, Kim! Good to see so many runners from all over come together.

      I had a horrible time today keeping my hands and feet warm - I will have to try the warmers next time!! (I've seen them but never used them - good to hear a positive review!).

      @Michele - I do the New Rules of Lifting for Abs twice a week - Mondays & Fridays normally. It takes about 45 min right now. @Jessica A said the later stages take longer.

      Kim, the hard part is training yourself that a rest day is the same thing as training. I use my rest days to prepare myself for the next workout. This way I still feel like I am making progress and not going backwards.
