Goal was a 90 min run. Slow and steady on the TM today, with only one walk break for 1 min at 45 min in. Watched Running the Sahara while I ran today, and all I can say is WOW. Walked the last 8 min so I could finish the movie

Awesome 90 minutes (plus a few bonus minutes). Congrats on only 1 walk break. I have such a hard time just running when on the TM...

Awesome movie, Sam. Every time I wanted to stop, I thought of how these guys ran 40+ mile says for 111 consecutive days, the least I could do was 90 minutes!
