I hope so! I think so long as I don't go out too fast and overdo it, I should be okay!

good solo run 4 mi 00:36 08:56 pace

good bike path with Gabe 4 mi 00:37 09:09 pace

Nice bike path run with Gabe in the jogger. He crashed out before the first mile. That's nice, but it generally screws up the nap for later in the day. Oh well!

Doing some RTB training myself. Nice job, Kristen. Great that you had company--I'm not a big fan of running in the dark and would so prefer to have someone with me!

I really love running in the dark. I haven't done it in a while though, so it was good practice and I can't think of a time when I have ever run with anyone else in the dark. I swear I am faster in the dark, too. All of my best times have been when I can't see how fast I'm going by objects!

In running, as in driving, assume everyone out there is an idiot. I find waving at drivers make them notice (and not hit)me, but maybe that doesn't work in the city. :-)

Most of the time I feel like drivers are good about giving me space, not that I'm taking up much of the road and most of the time I'm on the sidewalk anyway. Every once in a while I am reminded to keep on my toes!

Quick run before heading out to a party. Some ladies would spend time doing their hair and makeup, while I seem to have un-done mine entirely. ;>

The best part about not training much is you won't have to taper for your races.
