      I really love running in the dark. I haven't done it in a while though, so it was good practice and I can't think of a time when I have ever run with anyone else in the dark. I swear I am faster in the dark, too. All of my best times have been when I can't see how fast I'm going by objects!

      In running, as in driving, assume everyone out there is an idiot. I find waving at drivers make them notice (and not hit)me, but maybe that doesn't work in the city. :-)

      Most of the time I feel like drivers are good about giving me space, not that I'm taking up much of the road and most of the time I'm on the sidewalk anyway. Every once in a while I am reminded to keep on my toes!
