Left work a bit earlier than usual today (got in earlier), so I realized at 6:35 p.m. that if I could to a 15-min-mile (slow for many, including my Boston-qualified friends, but great for beginner me), I could run a mile before my 7:00 x-training class. I suited up, leashed up the pup and was out the door!Temp dropped super low again (darn groundhog!) so the asthma issue returned in a way that it hadn't been for awhile. Had to walk a bit toward the end, but overall was so happy to get it done and not have to run after class!
