  1. FIT
    alright 01:00

OK; could've been better but (seriously) my dog chewed up part of my inhaler, so things got a little tough at the beginning. I kept it up, though, and felt great at the end!

  2. RUN
    good 1 mi 00:15:00 15:00 pace

Left work a bit earlier than usual today (got in earlier), so I realized at 6:35 p.m. that if I could to a 15-min-mile (slow for many, including my Boston-qualified friends, but great for beginner ... read more

Good job. It's those workouts that you do when you don't want to do them that get you to where you want to go. You'll catch onto the moves soon enough.

    good Thunderbird 1.25 mi

great Run w/ Puppy 2.94 mi

*Finally* have my computer back and online so I can keep up w/ Daily Mile! Yay! Great run tonight -- not too cold out, comfortable pace, running through downtown Royal Oak is always cool.

  10. RUN
    great 2.98 mi

Took puppy and ran the last almost-3 miles of Jenni-the-TeaminTraining-Disney-Marathon runner's 6 miler. I feel awesome!! Loved having someone to talk to -- those 2.98 miles flew by!

  11. RUN
    great Run w/ Puppy 2.09 mi 00:30 14:21 pace

This is the first run where I, well, ran 90% of the time! Yay-yeah! Puppy did really well on this run, also. I feel ready for the run tomorrow with Jenni-the-Disney-marathon-trainee (only meeting u... read more

  13. swim
    good 32 m 00:35 1760:13 pace

Best swim in a long time! Felt awesome -- just a nice, easy swim, going with the flow and not getting too caught up in pace/lengths, etc.

  14. RUN
    good Run/Walk 1.98 mi 00:30 15:09 pace

Figured out a new (to me!) key to learning to like running - and learning to meet goals: Pacing. I went puppy-less today to try and troubleshoot why it is I feel so yuck so quickly, and realized I ... read more

I still struggle with trying to hold myself back at the beginning of the run so that I can meet my time and distance goals. It's a hard thing to grasp, so good for you embracing a steady, more manageable pace!

    good Walk 1.2 mi 00:20 16:40 pace

Just a morning walk with the pup during this extremely busy Fall. Starting a new job and a new training program at the same time was maybe not the best -- but things are looking up!
