OK; could've been better but (seriously) my dog chewed up part of my inhaler, so things got a little tough at the beginning. I kept it up, though, and felt great at the end!

I still struggle with trying to hold myself back at the beginning of the run so that I can meet my time and distance goals. It's a hard thing to grasp, so good for you embracing a steady, more manageable pace!
