ran in the sauna effect in Boat club yet was great! saw Shameek D. fighting the humidity too! :D

True. Boat club loop is avoidable in summer as its more humid than outside. Or maybe it builds endurance. Good run.

nice easy finish with a few friends from the campus. Succesfuly completed 2013s 1st 10x10. planing to do another 3 more this yr!

Kavitha! But I don't get why you want to do 3 more 10 x 10. Why don't you follow some training plan like FIRST, Jack Daniels or some other? You may get some idea from http://fellrnr.com/wiki/A_Comparison_of_Marathon_Training_Plans.
