Last July; all because of coughing. Didn't realize it then. Had been running irregularly in between. Its now when backpain has become worse, I did MRI. On medicines for a month, may switch to physiotherapy after that. Avoiding running now, not sure if it has any implications in long term.

ya, due to coughing...i couldn't even stand after that event..recovered after 7 days bed rest..even doctors didnt realize coughing could do so much damage.
