      Great run, Katlyn! Evening runs are tough for me because I tend to have more energy in the mornings, I guess I get lazy in the evenings...great job getting out there and getting some miles in!!

    Pretty awesome run today. Ran into a bunch of people I know (pun intended), got some high-fives, and stopped to see live music towards the end. Gotta love Plymouth!

    A big group of us went down to Arlington Station and the Boston Marathon finish line to take some photos, and we made an obstacle adventure out of it.

    Great course! Tough obstacles... I think I did about 120 burpees. Missed rope climb, rope swing, spear throw, and monkey bars. Need to work on some upper body strength, clearly ;)

    Pre-ran the course to make sure all was set for the race on Saturday. Very high grass.. made for a great leg workout!
