good Night Run! 3.26 mi 00:35 10:49 pace

Easy run to get back in the swing of things.

Can't decide of I should run the Madison Half or give myself a brak until Ragnar. Just feeling sort of frustrated and lost with my running and (lack of) fitness. Ho hum.

Have you considered cross training? add things like volleyball or biking or something that you might enjoy. That's how I got into triathlon. It's fantastic to cross train, especially when you're discouraged in one event.....you can move on to the other :))
Best of all of it to you!! YOu'll get back in there :)

I agree with Jen and also think having a fun race planned with a totally laid back attitude can help get the fun back into it too. Make the Madison half your relaxing goal - no pace, just to enjoy the course and the weather and this beautiful city. Will help with training runs too! :)
