      i feel you kate. mine insn't injuries, it's having a messed up morning schedule. i can't seem to consistatnly get up at 415 am. i just want to stay in bed!! the days i do get up are the ones, i just keep reminding myself "yes this sucks, but within 5 minutes of your run, you will feel soooooooo wonderful and u have a 1/2 marathon coming up on halloween!" good luck!

    Horrible! I'm suffering from a bad cold, but I needed to get a run in. I felt weak and like crap during the whole run! Hope for a better week. Philly 1/2 on Sunday!!!!
