      Nice work. So are you and Jake in on the Disneyland half? I haven't run in close to 2 years but I officially made a comeback this morning. I hope you, Jake and family are doing well.

      I have registered for the Disneyland Half, but Jake hasn't. He hasn't run in years either. It would be great to run it together, but I'm not going to pressure him to....it's a personal commitment, as you know! We are great! How are you and Carrie? And how's Brazil? Would love to run there!

  5. Supposed to run 3 miles today...Emerson fell asleep at 5:45...and she's still out....needless to say, I will be running Thursday AND Friday instead.

    Wow....I knew Tulsa had hills, but didn't quite understand how many there are around St. Francis. OUCH! I will be sore tomorrow...

    Needed to run 3, but had a Yoga date for an hour afterwards...I ran my two miles in less than 20 minutes though!

  8. Ummm....ran today....besides it being 32 degrees, it was "wicked" windy....the first half...wind = right in my face....second half....perfect!
