    Damn. I forgot how hard this course is. Uphill to the bridge, and again uphill right before the finish line. Phew. I'm spent.

    Couldn't get back to sleep after flying to NYC and dealing with Daylight Savings, so I hit up the hotel fitness room while watching the TODAY show. Solid!

    sooo glad I hit up Heidi's 3pm class today! She gave me a few direct "attagirls" and helped me with rabbit pose at the end of class! yeah!

    What a gorgeous day in San Francisco! Took my shoes out for a lovely joggle through the park and definitely worked up a well-earned sweat!!
