    Thanks Melanie and Dave for the suggestions. I'm feeling much better and seem to be getting longer stretches of running in. Today 5 songs, walk 1, run 4, walk 1, run less than one (finished).

    Slowed my pace but was able to run longer. 5 songs the first segment, 3 for each of the last two. So I actually trimmed time. Nice.
