Double Day!! This was a HARD run! Went to a "guess your 5K time" with Alisyn G. on one of the hottest nights of the week! I wasn't feeling so hot, so I just wrote down what I thought I could possibly do, 21:45. I ran as well as I could on a HILLY, LONG, HOT course and was off by a minute! OH well! Got that out of the way!
