Double Day!! Just headed out into the cool afternoon breeze and wanted to see what I had in me. Took the first mile easy, then pushed a bit trying to hit sub 7:10. Yeah, I may have hit it the last 3 miles but dang it felt like I was pushing! I really want my old legs back! Good thing though, I am finally feeling my groove in the new fore front running, patience!!
