    Okay, I followed the couch 2 10k app I have, which helped me not walk as much as I wanted to. But I would have liked to get the full 3.2 for a 5k.

    Good! Didn't feel knee pain during the run, legs felt surprisingly good given I biked 124 miles over the weekend.

      My knees hurt so bad yesterday. And I only biked 25 miles on Sunday.

      My knee is still bugging me, but it didn't running or in the pool. So strange!

    Warm up of 2 laps around the bouys, then swam across the lake. I was the slowest, but it wasn't too painful.

    We did a shorten class, it felt good, but a little sloppy because we were going fast. really looking forward to slow sculpt on Sunday.

    Okay. Got a flat which was a bummer, but changed okay and got coached the ride back. Need to learn how to consistently push myself.

    Kayaking not rowing...and it was during a swim race...but the last mile back was a legit workout as I was racing the wind/rain.
