I'm still having foot pain. It's not as bad as before, but it's still there. I'm tempted to try running, but I know I should wait until the pain is gone. I think it will be awhile until I am 100% better.

    alright Elliptical 1.9 mi 00:20 10:31 pace

After 2 days back at work, standing all day, my foot pain is back. So frustrating. And now my lower back hurts too. I hope these arch supports don't cause a new issue while trying to help another one.

Oh no! I guess your lower back is compensating for the change in your stance.Take care.

great Elliptical at home 3.2 mi 00:30 09:22 pace

No foot pain today! I think it's because I have had the past 3 days off and haven't had to be standing for 8 hours a day. I'll see how tomorrow goes at work with my new arch supports.
