    my legs are sore today...and its boring running on the mill

  2. I think I need to get a bike...something that isn't going to cost me a whole lot considering the whole being-a-grad-student-equates-to-being-poor thing...bike workouts would be good.

    A little faster today but not farther...going to see if I can get to an 8 minute mile pace for two miles before I bump up the distance a whole lot.

    ran comfortably at a slower pace...found myself able to enjoy running when I wasn't forcing myself to run faster...

  5. its time to get back to it...I have been away from serious distances since the Chicago Marathon in October...have been doing a few 2-milers here and there...its time to find my pace and motivation.
