      Thanks Kathy! Now that school and confirmation are over, I want to start a regular, weekly ride. Have bike--will travel. I would love to pick a day each week (it can vary--I'm flexible) to ride about 20 or 30 miles! This week Friday morning looks good for me. Is that day good for you?

    I am happy with my pace. I definitely need to improve on my transition times. I took too long in both transitions. Something to work on for sure.

      Transitions would have been extra tough yesterday with a wetsuit, clips, and the cold weather. I'd still be in T1 trying to get out of my suit!
